Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

All items ship next business day unless otherwise noted.  I ship USPS, FEDEX, and UPS.  USPS doesn't provide real time tracking numbers but, Fedex and UPS will.  I will ship internationally but will not lie on the label.  The value is what you purchased.  So you may be responsible for taxes and or tariffs.   I am not responsible for lost packages in the mail.  You do have an option to pick insurance and if you choose USPS it is a good idea to insure it.

Returns / Repair:

Returns are permitted as long as the item is in like new condition.  Please return the item to me and write your order number on the out side of the package.  Please include a letter saying if your item is defective or return.  No need to email or phone me.  For returns shipping is non refundable.  If your item has software it can not be returned if it has been opened.  It makes sense because people will buy it install it and return it.  They now have it for free and I am out.  If you opened it sell the item on eBay or sell it to a friend.  Most items have a 1 year warranty.  When in doubt email me.  Defective items will be repaired or replaced next business day.
